Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Forever Love Lab: the website at foreverlovelab.com, the gift editor, and every gift page we host, including links on foreverlove.page (together, the "Service"). The Service is run by Rohan Bhatia, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to make a gift or create an account. If you're using the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're allowed to accept these Terms for them.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything that happens under your Forever Love Lab account. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

Your content

Gifts you make, including text, photos, videos, audio and anything else you upload ("Your Content"), belong to you.

To run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content, only as needed to operate, improve and show your gifts to the people you share them with. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights, including the privacy of people who appear in your photos and videos.

Sharing and visibility

A published gift can be viewed by anyone who has its link. If you add a password, only people with the password can open it. You're responsible for who you share links and passwords with.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the Service to:

• upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors;
• share someone else's private information or images without their consent;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• impersonate a person or organization, or mislead people about who made a gift;
• spread malware, spam, or phishing links;
• interfere with, overload, or try to break into the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Reporting content

If a gift breaks these rules or uses your content without permission, use the Report link at the bottom of the gift (or our report form), or email [email protected] with the gift's link and what's wrong. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Intimate images shared without consent are taken down within 24 hours of a report. We may take a gift down without notice while we handle a report, and a gift we take down can't be published again unless we allow it. If you think we took your gift down by mistake, email us. Rohan Bhatia is the grievance officer for the Service and can be reached at the same address.

Premium

Some features are part of Premium. What's included is shown on our pricing page, and what Premium includes may change over time.

• Founding members. A limited number of early members get Premium free for a set period after they sign up. When that period ends, the account becomes a free account unless Premium is bought.
• Annual Premium gives your account Premium for a year at a time.
• Lifetime license gives one gift Premium for as long as the Service runs. A gift with a lifetime license can't be deleted on its own, but deleting your account deletes it.

Every Premium feature is free to use while you draft. Publishing a gift that uses them needs Premium. If Premium ends, a published gift that uses Premium content (such as the flipbook layout, premium components or a password) goes offline until Premium is back; your drafts and content are kept. A custom link stops working, but the gift's regular link keeps working if nothing else needs Premium. A custom link preview and a removed watermark simply switch back to the defaults.

Refunds are handled case by case, so contact us. A refunded purchase ends the Premium it gave. If you delete your account, or we delete it at your request, any Premium you paid for on it (Annual Premium time left and lifetime licenses) is forfeited without a refund, and it can't be restored by signing up again.

Changes to the Service

We're always improving the Service, so features may change, and some may be added or removed. We'll try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we're required to by law. You can delete your account and Your Content at any time from your account settings, or ask us to do it for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and your gifts safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Forever Love Lab isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
